First, fill out the Identity Package form, including any information describing what you have in mind for your logo. If you don't know what you want, that is fine too.
After you have submitted your Identity Package request, I will contact you with payment information and any further information I might need to begin work on your package. 50% of the total fee will be due at this time.
In about a week's time, you will receive 3-6 logo options from which to choose. Once you select the logo option (or combination of options) that fits you best, I will continue to optimize the design with any changes you require.
If none of the first round of options is satisfactory, I will provide you with another 3-6 logo options, based on your additional feedback.
I will continue to refine your logo design until you are satisfied with the final product. If you are completely unsatisfied with all logo designs, I will refund your initial payment, less a 50% charge for the time I have invested in the project.
Once the design is finalized, I will put together all of the necessary files and email you your logo package. I can also send you the files on a CD if you would prefer.
If you have also ordered business card and/or letterhead design, I will refine those templates until you are satisfied and include them in the final package.
